Had 1 phone interview with the HR department which went well. Then there were a series of three interviews with the upper management which was laid out over the course of four weeks. After those interviews there was the HR investigation into your background and then the drug tests. Overall a very normal interview process.

They asked me to describe the most difficult sales experience I had in my last position and how I was able to overcome it. Not a tough question. Just answer honestly as that is the best way to answer any question given to you in an interview.

Interview
Received a call from the owner who asked me if I would be interested. I was, so he had HR set up a face to face with the VP of Sales. I interviewed with him the next week and basically went over my resume and what I did at each position. He then let me know about the position and what I would be selling/representing. He said the next step would be that I would have a ride along. I had a ride along the next week and everything went fine. The very next Monday I was called with an offer. I had a few questions and when I was called back the manager said he talked to the VP of Sales and he decided to retract the offer!?!? I did read that they are vey "fly by the seat of their pants" and it is true. It is a surprise they have any employees at all! I would definitely not recommend this company.
