Interview went very well but after looking at the difference of how the interview went versus how the company hired or should I say promoted... they do fake interviews to fill their company quota so that they can just promote from within and not hire from outside.
This was not my first time to interview for this position so I knew what to expect and knew how the interview would go. Lets just say ... they are not promoting diversity either.
