The manager called to let me know they'd like to schedule an in-person interview. During the interview I met with 6 of the members of the team I would be working with. They each had their own question they came up with that they felt was relevant to the job. I was given a good heads up of what to expect before the interview. It lasted approximately 1 hour. Everyone was extremely nice and it felt like they valued my time and my answers. Afterwards, I was offered the opportunity to tour one of their plants with the hiring manager the next day. He showed me the facility and gave me more examples of the work that the job entailed. We were able to speak with several of the employees at the plant about the work as well.
Ultimately I didn't get the job, but it was a great experience and I felt like they respected my time, knowledge, & experience
