5 rounds of interviews, extremely excessive. All were very easy and conversational. Phone with recruiter, phone with manager, in person with the team, in person with the VPs, then another phone interview (because why not). Was told via email they were going to extend an offer, passed background check. A week later, no reply. 5 emails later, same. I don't know what changed, interviews went very well, met some nice people. Is this the most unorganized, dysfunctional, and impolite company I ever interviewed with? Perhaps. Hard to respect a company that cannot recognize talent. Which is sad, because some of the people there seemed very genuinely nice. Oh well, on to better things...
