2 stage interview process, the first was a 1 on 1 interview with the manager of the billing department and the 2nd with the whole billing team present (a team of 5 at the time). The interviews were fairly casual, in a conference room and for approximately 30-45 minutes each. Both interviews had a friendly and open atmosphere with engaging questions and time for conversation and my own inquiries.
