I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at OPENLANE
Interview
Zoom with recruiter. then met with manager. Met with their manager and hr, then received offer from recruiter.
Overall a reasonable process. Heard back about a week later from my in person interview.
Facetime with hiring manager, friendly, positive, position was well described but involved a great deal of travel in a large territory. Not the type of work I determined I was interested in.
Had good interviews with 4 people. Upon contacting the recruiter a week later I was first told that they ran into some unforeseen issues with the position. 2 more weeks passed and I reached out to the hiring manager via email. The recruiter called me a day later, but she clearly had no clue on what was going on. A subsequent email message from me was never responded to nor was I ever contacted again. Not even an automated email that tells you that they found someone else. Nothing. Extremely unprofessional.
