The actual interview itself was straight forward but the person who interviewed me was incredibly rude, seemed very uninterested. Understandably the HR team have a lot of applications to deal with but I felt like I was just a name of a piece of paper rather than an actual person. I've had a lot of interviews and have never been spoken to like that before.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OPmobility (Anderson, SC) in Sep 2023
Interview
Interviewed with HR screener, then 2 more subsequent interviews with 1 manager each. Most questions were about previous industry experience and an explanation of how things worked at the company. They do ask about gaps in employment so make sure to include explanations on resume. HR screening interview has case scenarios of how you would react in a situation and interviewer came off as a little judgmental. But overall once you got past the HR step the interviews focused more on technical aspects of the job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OPmobility (New York, NY)
Interview
1 interview with manager on the phone and then in the plant. Plant tour and then specific questions concerning degree and experience. This was the only interview, did not meet team.
