Interview
I applied through the website for an ICU nurse position and got a call 20min later for a phone screening. The OSF recruiter was very friendly and the interview started off with general questions about shift times, pay, and etc. Then started asking me behavioral questions.
All processes are now through corporate. You will be contacted via email for an interview. The first interview is quite basic, and if the HR rep feels you qualify, you will be moved to the next interview, potentially with the hiring manager.
Good process. Well done. Timely. Positive experience from the start I wanted great job but then as it happened I didn’t have enough experience and it took me to the end of my journey
Very simple and easy. Asked standard questions such as long term goals, how do you handle time management etc. They asked me what specialty I was interested in and was very upfront on helping me get into that specialty.
