Applied online. Spoke briefly with management before having a phone screening with Human Resources. The recruiter was direct and to the point, but personable and friendly. Knowing OSF's mission statement and core values; having the ability to tie this into your role as a potential mission partner is a big hit. Other than that the interview was very situational.
