I only had one phone interview and they called back a month later offering me the job. During the interview they asked me questions about what I had experience with, and specifically asked about urinary catheters, bladder scans, chest tubes, and charting program experience to name a few. Overall it was a fairly simple interview performed by the nursing manager and one of the nurses from the orthopedic floor.
