Interviewed by team of 5 laboratory departmental managers, laboratory director and 2 paid consultants from another state. The interview lasted about 1 hour, consisted of scripted questions that the staff apparently was not familiar with prior to the interview. None of the interview team had any experience in sales, business development or marketing. None of the staff had any knowledge of managed care, current market conditions or insight into major competitors in the region.
