Interview
A very structured 30-minute phone interview. The HR person I talked to was very nice and the whole interview had a good vibe to it. The next steps of the whole process are an online assessment center and a visit in person.

Question 1
An introduction of yourself in German/English, your strengths and weaknesses, why did you choose your university and your degree, STAR method questions (handling negative feedback, conflict in a group, leading a group), the class you liked the most and the least, which two historical people (dead or alive) would you like to meet, why did you apply for the program, did you do any volunteering or joined any student groups, about your international experiences (why did you choose these destinations), why should we hire you, most proud accomplishments in university
The first interview was online. The second phase was an online assessment center. The next day I received an invitation to the third and final interview. After this my HR correspondent literally disappeared; first update email no response, second update email she is on maternity leave (automatic response). I reach out to the HR department and no one answered ever! Unprofessional to say the least.
For weeks later than my application, I was contacted for phone interview.
English was required for the position, but there was no detail regarding German skills. However, the first question was describing myself in German. Eventhough I said that my German skills were not enough, I was forced to. So, after a couple of question, I asked to conclude the interview and withdraw my application.
