It was a open interview process .It was initially a group setting but they took there time and did everything in a sequenced process . First you signed in . Then you got in line by sections (I can’t remember if it was name or etc ). Next we waited to be called and waited for an interview . Then canidates were hired on the spot, placed on a second interview , or just cut .
