I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at OTG Management (Newark, NJ) in Aug 2016
Interview
Went to the various restaurant spots at the airport, and was interviewed by several different people/chefs that work there. I was asked to prepare some food, interview did feel repetitive as I was answering the same questions to different people. Overall, it did feel a bit rushed, and I feel that it would have gone better if the interview was only conducted by one or two people (max)
