telephone screen then 2 interviews over google meets. Questions asked were straight forward and easy to answer. interviewers were very engaging and the process was very quick took about a week
Interview included an HR screening, case study, and conversation with hiring manager and vice president. Questions focused on subject matter content, behavioral, and understanding motivators (why I wanted to leave my current role, and why I am interested in Oak Street Health).
Three 30 minute interviews with hiring manager and 2 peers. After first round of interviews there was a role specific case study to analyze dummy data in excel to test excel skills needed for this specific role. Took 3 weeks total from time of application to offer.
