I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Chicago, IL)
Interview
First round is a phone interview to establish salary expectations, start date, previous experience, etc. Two other face to face interviews - one with senior care manager and another with the clinic administrator. Interview was rescheduled a few times, which was kind of confusing. Quick job offer.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2017
Interview
Submitted online application, received immediate follow up for a phone interview. Phone interview went well ask to come in for in person interview, first was going to be at downtown location, then changed to one of the clinics. First interview met with 2 senior care managers and it went really well. Received an email for a 2nd in person interview. Met with the clinic administrator, the medical director was also suppose to meet but was busy. After this interview wasn’t sure about being offered the position. I think the clinical administrator just didn’t connect with me for whatever reason. I believed I interviewed really well.
