This was one of the worst interview experiences I have ever had. I went through several rounds of interviews and then was asked to do a project. The project was difficult and took 5 hours to complete. I reached out for a status update a few days later. I was told they were still reviewing and would get back to me. I requested another update a week later, no response. Complete crickets! I asked if I could at least have feedback on the project and interview, good or bad. Again, crickets. No response. To require all the work and time for a position then to not have the courtesy to communicate was completely disrespectful and downright rude.
