Interview
After completing an online skills questionnaire, was invited to attend an assessment centre. The centre consists two separate logic and Java programming tests. Interviews then conducted if successful; usually on a later date but this can be arranged on the same day if coming from further afield. Undertook a technical interview, including presenting understanding of basic algorithms and data structures, followed by two interviews with senior management.
