I was contacted by HR by email and asked to be available for a telephone interview.
The call came on time, the gentleman was friendly and easy to talk to. THe interview took around 25 minutes.
I was told that I would be contacted the next morning to let me know the outcome, but unfortunately, I had to contact them.

What has been your experience of a bad grievance complaint?
Interviewed cancelled by text 15 minutes before, then I had to chase them to rearrange, interviewer incredibly condescending and ill informed about the role, then never hear back from them. Worst interview experience I’ve ever had.
Seamless process. The recruiter provided frequent updates on how the process was going and was checking at different stages. The process consisted of 3 interviews including a behavioral one. The other interviews were more related to previous experience
