I applied online. I interviewed at Ocado Group (Hatfield, East of England, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Telephone interview
Then prepare presentation for one of three face to face interviews.
Each person who interviewed you was different, and they asked similar/the same questions repeatedly. It felt like they were not joined up at all. After each interview they didn’t know what to do with you and it appeared very disorganised. Interaction with HR was limited and chaotic when I was there and 4 weeks after interviewing, HR (Zara, James, Barbara ) still have not given me an answer, let alone feedback, despite repeated emails. Fair enough if just a phone interview but this was 4 hours in total of interviewing and I found that a bit off.
Thanks for raising these points – our Recruitment team are aware that things did not run as smoothly as they should have and are actively improving. We're really sorry you didn't hear back from us.

Interview
After applying via their jobs website, the interview process started with a screening chat with recruiter. A couple of weeks later I had a technical interview and after that a cultural fit interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical project manager scenario questions about project management experience, stakeholder management, conflict, etc.
Good pretty average process, first an interview with the recruiter, then a behavioral interview, a real scenario and a group interview. Culture seems to be nice, interview with concrete scenarios
Structured and fast process. There is a clear communication about the steps and after every step a feedback loop with the hiring manager. Too bad I could not meet the team in advance.
