Interviewers were 10 minutes late. Standard interview questions to begin with, tools used, example of when I ran a workshop, how I build relationships, challenges faced and biggest achievements. Bid focus on customer management and relationship building.

After applying via their jobs website, the interview process started with a screening chat with recruiter. A couple of weeks later I had a technical interview and after that a cultural fit interview.

Typical project manager scenario questions about project management experience, stakeholder management, conflict, etc.
Good pretty average process, first an interview with the recruiter, then a behavioral interview, a real scenario and a group interview. Culture seems to be nice, interview with concrete scenarios
Structured and fast process. There is a clear communication about the steps and after every step a feedback loop with the hiring manager. Too bad I could not meet the team in advance.
