I've been contacted by a recruiter.
I have interchanged few email with the recruiter and the Customer.
The customer sent me an invitation for a codility tech test.
I read that lot of peolple says that the hiring process is long and implies several steps so I declined the invitation.

Smooth process. Multiple rounds including coding, pair programming and behavioral and nice interview. The questions were good if you practice, pair programming is extensive. The last round is with behaviour
