Indepth technical questions, and senarios to do with how you find a solution to a problem. The engineers who led the interview were enthusiastic and informative concerning the different areas of the business and the technology being developed and rolled out across the Ocado automated warehouses.

Interview
Three separate interviews.
First was with the team lead and more of informal chat to talk through my CV, previous experience, my knowledge of the role and company.
Second interview was with the team lead and another senior lead from another department. This interview was competency based. Question were asked about my existing experience and how I would respond to certain situations which may arise in the role.
Final interview was with the division manager and team lead. Again, more of an informal chat to get to know each other, with a few competency questions thrown in.

Interview
Online interview with lead project manager. 1st section involves discussing your relevant experience. Followed by a monitored assessment of your technical ability. This was an assessment including 20 questions where the interviewer watches you to ensure no cheating.
