Moved fairly quickly. Business Analyst in the interview kept asking ridiculous questions, seemed like he was trying to catch me out. Hiring manager seemed a bit uncomfortable by this. The hiring manager was nice.

Two step process, First interview by a contractor with no HR person present. Description of the company was not comprehensive, and the team description was poor as they were still building the team. Basic competency questions for a BA.
