I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Ocado Group
Interview
The start was a simple java test which I didn't cleared. The test is not difficult. It consist of two parts. First one is an assembly like language and second is Java. The main issue is time and planning well to finish this test in time. So read carefully all the things and give your best. I cleared first part of test but not the second part as I spent too much time on one thing and failed to attempt all the questions.
For not clearing the test, I deservingly didn't got to interview stage. Otherwise all the people dealing there were friendly and felt good.
They ghosted me. Did not turn up for interview or inform any changes. I waited for 30 min on the call hoping to get some information from them. But no one mailed or called.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ocado Group in Apr 2023
Interview
The people were friendly, and the process was well communicated. The interviews covered an appropriate range of topics. The process however, was quite slow. They could look to improve this in future.

After couple of days, she sent me again new email and asked to share the availability. She didn't reply my previous emails. I shared my availability again and then she did same. She didn't join the meeting.
I never had such a bad experience. For a moment, i thought its some spam but then i checked her LinkedIn profile, she is working at ocado. I never had such a bad experience. It could be that person is not professional, but company might be good and you don't have same experience like me.
