All the process was quite chaotic. The first recruiter ghosted me while we were having salary discussions. She just stopped answering my emails. I also had what was supposed to be a presentation that took me many hours to prepare where many people just from minute one ignored me and kept texting to each other while laughing among them. On top of that after a few minutes they told me they were not interested on it but on making a panel of competence skills. It was a complete disaster. Total misalignment and a complete lack of empathy with candidates. One of the interviewers spent half of the interview with her camera off. The funny thing is part of my presentation was about how to change hiring function into building relationships but they didn't care.
