Had a screening interview with a recruiter who then forwarded my application to the hiring manager. Dealing with the recruiter was a positive and pleasant experience. Then I had 2 interviews with the hiring manager. For the second interview I was asked to prepare a presentation which is always a red flag for free advice and this case was no exception. The hiring manager even invited a younger member of his team for educational purposes. The feedback I received was negative but did not make much sense. You could give that kind of feedback just by reading my CV. A complete waste of time, energy and effort. Avoid at all costs.
