Interview
First Round was a quick phone call asking about the role and testing suitability. Second round was a mix of technical and behavioral questions from a staff at CFC. Third round was at the Purfleet site and involved a mix of written test (GCSE and lower stuff), technical and behavioral questions that were no different than the previous one.

1st Round: What do you know about the company?
How is your background suitable for the role?
Are you willing to relocate?
2nd round: If a bearing is stuck on a shaft and you need to remove it from there, what techniques can you employ?
3rd round: Basic electrical circuit questions involving Ohm's law, conversion of psi to bar, standard design codes, etc.
Interview consists of 2 rounds. First round was a teams interview with general questions reagrding the role and my suitability for it. 2nd round was an onsite interview for 2 hours where more technical questions were asked and a site tour was also arranged.

How to fault find if a bearing is damaged on a conveyer?
Two hour on site interview.
15 min self introduction, 45 min written test.
15 min about test and your expections in this field, finally 45 min site tour and they providing the PPE also.

Interview
There was a 20-minute screening call, and on the same day, they invited me to the next phase of the interview with the hiring manager. The good thing about this company is that they give proper feedback on your performance in the interview.
