Interview was informal and only 2 rounds. I met with the directors and manager for the position. This position was in graduate med education and it seemed like a very tight knit team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What parts of this job do you see yourself doing well in? Where might you need extra support.
1 screener call with a recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, and then three interviews with people I would be working closely with. Ochsner moved quickly, so I didn't mind so many rounds. They were also very transparent about the process and pay/hybrid model. Their handling of the rejection was off-putting, and ruined the whole experience. I found out I was out of consideration, when I couldn't find the calendar invite for the final round of interviews. I reached out to the recruiter first, and then the hiring manager. I didn't get a response from either. A week later, I got the official automated rejection email.

Question 1
How do you handle multiple projects with competing deadlines?
Straight a forward, normal interview. Easy-going interview. Be prepared for at least a 45 minute interview. Normal interview questions. I enjoyed speaking with the hiring manager, hoping to continue the conversation soon.
