I first interviewed with the department manager and was then asked to prepare a powerpoint on a business solutions scenario. I had 1 week to put together the presentation and it was pretty straight forward. I made that presentation to the department of my peers. Subsequently, I was invited to meet with more the 12 additional staff members including executive staff for 1-on-1 interviews
