short tour of the facility and a brief questions interview consisting of maybe 4 questions and meeting with the manager of the department. which was just a meet and greet. met the staff and that was about it. pretty easy and then was called later that day and offered the position.

Recruiter connection followed by a shadow shift the after the shift I had an official interview with department head and operations coordinator. Total of ten questions and recruiter followed up next day with an offer

A time i disagreed with a coworker and how i handled it
Over zoom with the manager, a recruiter and the leader of the residency training program. Lasted about 30 minutes and was one phase. Relaxed environment, dressed in business casual. After the interview, they reach out via email
