This process took about a week in total. The HR department will reach out to schedule a phone interview. Once you interview with the HR recruiter, they will schedule you for your in-person interview. You will get to meet the unit leaders and shadow with someone who is currently working in your positon. They reached back out to me with an offer the next day. The pay is extremely low ($12) and is non-negotiable according to HR.
