(I did not care, I know they are busy, but it was nerve wracking and caused me to miss later appt by waiting by phone. I'd begun to give up when they called). Phone interview went well. Was called for three other interviews. The interviewers were kind, professional, and helpful, and gave advice when asked.
So I would advise anyone to be very patient and polite. The wheels can turn slowly. I shadowed twice. It was an opportunity for the staff and you to see dynamic of the unit and assess fit.
Recruiter connection followed by a shadow shift the after the shift I had an official interview with department head and operations coordinator. Total of ten questions and recruiter followed up next day with an offer
