Interview
I first had to do a telephone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. Then I was scheduled for an in-person interview which lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. Then after that, I was scheduled for a shadow shift which lasted 5 hours which was supposed to be the last step of the 3 part interview. I went to my shadow shift and things seemed to go great but I never heard back from anyone. I tried contacting my recruiter for answers but I never heard back from anyone. Which means I completed 3 interviews (one which was 5 hours long) and ultimately, never even heard back from anyone. I didn’t get a rejection or anything and no one ever reached out to me after I left messages. Overall, terrible experience.

The interview was great, she made me feel comfortable and she was patient At first I was really nervous before the call but then when she started talking it went by fast
Went over the role description, asked what your most important quality is and to give more details about yourself, then did 1 hour of shadowing of the medical assistant work flows.
