I applied for the position and quickly heard back from HR who scheduled a phone screener. Since the seemingly positive initial interview, I've experienced radio silence for three weeks and counting despite follow up attempts. For an organisation of Ochsner's calibre, I'd expect at minimum a rejection letter after an unsuccessful interview.
