Thorough interview process. Plenty of time to ask questions about the company and the unit. The interviewers were very friendly and open to all questions. I got to do a shadow shift on the unit to see how it ran and whether or not it would be a good fit for me.
Recruiter connection followed by a shadow shift the after the shift I had an official interview with department head and operations coordinator. Total of ten questions and recruiter followed up next day with an offer
