Application was sent to hiring manager after a couple days after I applied. Talked to the hiring manager a few weeks later about working on the floor. After speaking with the hiring manager a few hours later I got a call from human resources extending and offer.
Recruiter connection followed by a shadow shift the after the shift I had an official interview with department head and operations coordinator. Total of ten questions and recruiter followed up next day with an offer

Over zoom with the manager, a recruiter and the leader of the residency training program. Lasted about 30 minutes and was one phase. Relaxed environment, dressed in business casual. After the interview, they reach out via email
