Had a phone screening (was quite last minute), followed by another last minute interview with the Canada GM. My experience lined up with others who have commented, with him belittling staff members to me. He also stated he had 3 conditions of working there, one being that you must 'clean up after yourself'. I was also smiling at one point and was asked why I was still smiling, that "I should be scared". I found it quite odd, and although was given cases to present a few days later I decided to recuse myself from the process. Wasn't a culture/role fit that I was hoping for.
