I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Octopus Energy (London, England)
Interview
Very long process, the recruiter will call you to see if you are a fit, then have a Skype interview followed by a maths and English test (it was hard e.g. gcse questions) which I think was unnecessary as it doesn't link no the actual Job role. If you pass that you get to have a group interview called 'discovery day' via zoom then a 1-1 interview. The discovery day was very stressful and hard, not pleasant at all; expecially the research task! The people who score you are not nice and laugh at you if you get something wrong.
They take a long time to get back to you.

Interview
The interview process was enjoyable. It broke the stereotype of regular harsh interviews and really focuses on the type of person they want to employ not just what qualifications you have etc
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Octopus Energy (Gillingham, England) in Sep 2020
Interview
Due to COVID the interview process was different than any normal interview I have had. First an interview with Instant Impact and then a Discovery Day with Octopus Energy. The Discovery Day was a 3 hour process, including 2 team tasks, Q&A session and a 30 minute solo interview.
