Interview
I was contacted by a recruitment firm who gave me some more intricate details about the job. Completed an online aptitude test then had a two stage interview. Both interviewers made me feel very comfortable felt more like a conversation about myself and what I could help do within the company. Both Interviewers wanted to get a better sense of if I had the right personality for the job. Only negative part was that the recruitment firm failed to pass information on from my first interview to my second interview.
