Disorganized and dysfunctional. The fact that they bring candidates in during a global pandemic and they dont have the decency to provide feedback to final candidates tells you how they treat people. If they dont have the decency to follow up with feedback for an HR Director role, how would they treat their employees going in! They are concerned with employee morale and culture but the interview process tells you a very different thing! Complete dysfunctional! Stay away!
