One take-home assignment: challenging but not insane, either.
The questions asked were often complex: I could not have pretended to possess skills I didn't have.
The recruiting path was clearly explained, the schedule was respected, and each interview led to the next without glitches or stretches of silence.
The recruiting team made sure I was never left without an update for more than a week. Even when a postponement was necessary, they took the time to let me know, making it easy plan accordingly and not macerate in anxiety.
The interviewers and the recruiting team were all professional, respectful, and thorough.
Finally, the offer was solid, confirming my feeling that I had been taken seriously all along.
