      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OfferUp (Bellevue, WA) in Jul 2020

      Interview

I got a message from a recruiter on a job board. The first phone call went really well. The recruiter felt I met the job requirements for the job. My second interview was an hour virtually with someone on the team. I didn't really connect with him. I felt the questions asked was off the top of his head. No real structure to the questions.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What are some things you learned from implementing a project and how would you do it better if you had to do it again
      Answer question

      Interview

Recruiter phone screen, hiring manager phone screen, 4 video interviews. Everyone was super nice and seemed passionate about the work. Weird part was that after the interview they just ghost you if they don’t make an offer.
