      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Office Depot (Leon Valley, TX) in Dec 2012

      Interview

I applied on-line in November of 2012, I believe, I took the initial step to call about if management could check my on-line application(If I recall correctly). The in-store manager said they would check it out and they called me back to take a personality assessment. After passing that, I waited until, I had to call again to check the status, they called me in for an interview. The interview with the male manager went smooth but the female was skeptical but of who she hires but was cool, I now know why the long wait because of a background check. I was told to take a Urine Analysis in early part of December and by the time I started working was in mid to late January 2013. So the hiring process was a run-around episode, for me! The interview was easy, mostly about customer service experience: what would you do if you had an irate customer? Can you give me an example of a irate customer and what did you do? Tell me about yourself and why would you like to work here? Typical interview question, one of the easiest, but I don't know if it's because the manager's have a lot on their mind and tired that you have to keep calling them or their just lazy.

      Question 1

I don't recall anything to out of the ordinary to be honest, it's a fairly simple job, unless your working in the 'copy and print' department which is more involved and faster paced.
