Tons of assessments but it was a fun challenge.From a phone interview to Skype then traveled to Kuwait city (Head Office). HR department had helped me to make this transition as smooth as possible.

The first step in the interview process was an over the phone interview screening with Human Resource. The next interview step was a Panel Interview with three other District Sales Managers.

Interview
The company seem overly anxious and unprepared. They had specific skill sets in mind and duties required. The request of specific duties were in keeping with the position. The chain of command and advancement opportunity also seem to be fair and within line of normal expectations. However when they moved to benefits and salary - the total compensation was far less than I received as a general manager and not nearly in keeping with other district positions I have held.
