After my submittal of my resume, I was called in and sat with my Sales Manager to answer some questions. We also discussed things like the comp plan as well as what my requirements would be. I was then given the opportunity to ask questions and then took a tour of the office as well as the warehouse.

The interview process was done first by Kim Valenta the Vice President she was super professional after the first interview with her the second interview was with Jeff Lyons very smart and Professional and the last interview was a Panel interview with Steve Valenta the company CEO, the Vice President Kim Valenta and Jeff Lyons, it was a very informative and professional interview after you meet Mr Valenta is very difficult not to be in love with the company
