Interview
You apply and the GM will give you a call and do a light interview on the phone. Afterwards you'll set up a date to have the in-person interview. After meeting with the GM you'll get a second interview with the District Director. The key is to be really energetic and if you're walking with either of them, walk at their pace to show you're just as energetic.

I applied online. I interviewed at Old Navy (Ajax, ON) in Aug 2023
Interview
Quite an easy interview, however the position was a lie and was actually for something much smaller than I had applied for. Decided against working for a company who is dishonest from the start.

Question 1
How will your previous experience help in this role?
It was weirdly lengthy, over an hour and a half. We left to go get coffee and they went through a huge list of questions, and then we went back to the store where they went over even more items.

Question 1
They asked a ton of scenario-type questions, which is fine. But it just kept going.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
face to face interview, wasn't very formal. had two interviews one with GM and one with training manager. Still dress up in business attire when going into the interview although old navy is a very relaxed style of dress company. My interviews went well, it was more of a conversation than a thousand questions.
