I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Milan) in Jan 2017
Interview
I had 2 interviews in one day in the office in Milan, each one with a partner. They asked me at first Behavioural questions such as why consulting or OW, how do you work in group and how have you dealt when an urgent problem came up during your work projects at university. A business case asked by each partner such as market sizing or solving a problem followed the questions

business case: I have to buy a car. walk me through all the costs you will consider to decide if to buy it or not
The first part were two on-site same-day consecutive 45-minutes interviews with engagement managers, candidate-led cases with some behavioural questions as well. If selected to the second round, what followed was an online interview with a partner, mostly behavioural questions but also specific technical questions based on the feedback from the first round, in order to see if there was an improvement.

Question 1
How many passengers travelled through Paris airport (CDG) during the olympics?
First behavioral interview super annoying that it is 3 at once. Typical tell me about yourself and why oliver wyman. The interviewer seemed like already made up the decision and it was very uncomfortable to undergo the interview.
Did not recieve a callback.
There was an online assessment which tested mostly mental math and reading graphs. Then, there was a 30 minute case interview and a 30 minute behavioral. Fairly straightforward and standard, with the case being easier than average.
