I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Beirut) in Sep 2018
Interview
Comprised of 2 rounds of interviews, with round 2 being held the day after round 1.
Round 1 :
One interview with a project leader, and another with a principal. Both interviews had the same format (personal fit for 5 to 10 minutes, and case for the remainder of the time)
Round 2:
One interview with a partner, and a second interview with the managing partner of the MENA region. (The interview with the first partner had the same structure as the other two, but the interview with the managing partner was simply a personal fit interview)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself/walk me through your CV?
Tell me about two weaknesses
Estimate the revenues of Emirates (First case)
Estimate the number of people in the air right now (Third case with the partner)
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell me about yourself, why consulting and the case question
I applied online. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Milan) in May 2026
Interview
Pre-selection with one mini-case/brain teaser of 30 min. Overall, the case was testing both numerical reasoning and logics I would say. If you prepare the mini cases correctly you can pass.
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
