Clearly structured and transparent process. Initial interview at university event. As the next step, you were invited to the office for three case interviews. The interviews were in the morning and afterwards, the candidates were invited to lunch with some of the current consultants in the office. After lunch, the candidates applying for an internship already received the decision.

VP in the interview kept interupting with mhms that threw me off guard; questions were rapid fire and didn't seem like he cared much; the case was from someone who genuinely did not care at all for the interview -- they were extremely dismissive and was not paying attention; easy case but bad experience
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Milan) in Jan 2025
Interview
No HR screening at the beginning. In total, 5/6 case interviews, most of them with very senior people (i.e. partners). Positive experience overall while they were a bit long in providing a feedback

Various market sizing exercises, with different difficulties
This was a longer interview process than all other consulting interviews I've done (6+ rounds). The interviewers were great, but HR & processes were not very friendly at different stages.
